Processing and shipping time are automatically added before your selected delivery date. We recommend choosing a longer rental duration during peak seasons or for rural deliveries to allow for possible delays. If you need your dress earlier or are travelling, please select a longer rental duration.

Accidental Damage Protection

Accidental damage protection is available for all rental garments.


Accidental damage protection covers up to $100 worth of professional specialist cleaning OR up to $100 worth of seamstress repairs. Or up to $100 of a combination of both depending on the damage done. IT DOES NOT COVER MAJOR PERMANENT ALTERATION or purposeful damage i.e. altering a garment which is against our terms and conditions in the rental agreement.


Even taking out damage protection, it is still expected that you treat our items with responsibility and care.


Damage protection DOES NOT COVER:


Major alterations (The garment will need to be replaced)

Damage deemed not accidental - such as alterations made by the renter which is prohibited

Dragging a dress through mud or dirt causing extensive irreparable staining, where it would be reasonably expected the item be picked up to avoid foreseeable damage.

Damaged caused by wearing heavily embellished clutches or jewellery catching on the garment, as this damage is foreseeable and is never advised with hire pieces.

The replacement cost of the rental garment.

Loss of income for future rentals.

Late return fees.

Loss of item due to carelessness, theft or other.


If a rental garment is deemed irreparable or lost the full replacement cost is required to be paid in full. The $100 worth of cleaning/repairs CANNOT be used as $100 off the full replacement cost.


Damage insurance IS NOT REFUNDABLE:


It cannot be refunded in the event of no damage/stainage during your rental.

True to size if in between sizes we recommend sizing up.

Very long skirt not suitable for renters under 170cm and those who are wearing this to outside events that may expose this to mud, rain etc. 

Please do not use fashion tape - only clutch glue is permitted. 

Condition/RRP:

The skirt is pure silk and as such can show shadow type/dust marks after cleaning due to the overactivity of the silk. Please be aware of this. We take this into account hence the lower rental price.

Expected rental condition. Delicate rental please take care.

Please refrain from using any type of fashion/fabric/boob tape on our garments as it causes damage. Instead we strongly recommend CLUTCH GLUE as a garment adhesive. You can purchase this from us here or from Chemist Warehouse.
