What dates do I select?
Firstly the return date for postal orders must always be the next working day (Mon, Tues, Wed, Thurs or Fri) it cannot be a Saturday or Sunday as the post do not operate on these days.
If you are renting locally and picking up/dropping off the return day can be a Saturday or Sunday.
A general guide to selecting a start day:
Please note: our booking system automatically blocks out extra days either side of rentals to allow for postage time to you and in the event of unexpected delays
Mon-Thur Evening Events: If you are not travelling to your event and your event is in the evening select the 2 day option the start day being your event day and the return day being the next working day.
Mon-Thur Daytime Events: If you are not travelling to your event and your event is during the day select the 3 day option the start day being the day before your event day and the return day being the next working day after your event day.
Friday Evening Events: If you are not travelling to your event and your event is in the evening select the 4 day option the start day being Friday and the return day being the next working day (Monday).
Friday Daytime Events:
Saturday & Sunday Events: If you are not travelling to your event select the 3 day option the start day being Saturday and the return day being Monday.
If you are travelling to your event, going on holiday or simply want your rental for a extra few days before/after your event please select the rental duration that suits you and the start day as the day you want/need your dress by and the return day being the next working day that you can return your rental (must not be a Saturday or Sunday if posting back) the price does gradually increase the longer the extension is.
We always aim to ship your rental earlier enough so that it arrives 1-2 days before the start day you selected however this isn't always guaranteed.
