Return Date: The day you will return your rental to an NZ post shop. Saturday and Sunday ARE NOT return days. Please select a longer rental duration to ensure your return date falls on a business weekday Monday-Friday.

Pickup Date: Select the day you would like to pick your dress up from our Hamilton location (1092b Tauwhare Road RD7 Hamilton 3287)

Drop off date: Select the earliest day after your event that you will drop the dress off.

This option is only for customers shipping their rental to Australia.

Please select a delivery date at least one day before your event date.

Please select an earlier delivery date if your address in Australia is rural.

Processing and shipping time are automatically added before your selected delivery date. We recommend choosing a longer rental duration during peak seasons or for rural deliveries to allow for possible delays. If you need your dress earlier or are travelling, please select a longer rental duration.

Please make sure your rental duration ends on a weekday (Monday–Friday), as returns cannot be sent on weekends (Saturday and Sunday).

We will organise a pick up time with you after we receive your booking. We run pick ups from 7:30am - 9:00pm. Please contact us before your event date if you need to collect before 10am.

Accidental Damage Protection

Accidental damage protection is available for all rental garments.

Accidental damage protection covers up to $100 worth of professional specialist cleaning OR up to $100 worth of seamstress repairs. Or up to $100 of a combination of both depending on the damage done. IT DOES NOT COVER MAJOR PERMANENT ALTERATION or purposeful damage i.e. altering a garment which is against our terms and conditions in the rental agreement.

Even taking out damage protection, it is still expected that you treat our items with responsibility and care.

Damage protection DOES NOT COVER:

Major alterations (The garment will need to be replaced)

Damage deemed not accidental - such as alterations made by the renter which is prohibited

Dragging a dress through mud or dirt causing extensive irreparable staining, where it would be reasonably expected the item be picked up to avoid foreseeable damage.

Damaged caused by wearing heavily embellished clutches or jewellery catching on the garment, as this damage is foreseeable and is never advised with hire pieces.

The replacement cost of the rental garment.

Loss of income for future rentals.

Late return fees.

Loss of item due to carelessness, theft or other.

If a rental garment is deemed irreparable or lost the full replacement cost is required to be paid in full. The $100 worth of cleaning/repairs CANNOT be used as $100 off the full replacement cost.

Damage insurance IS NOT REFUNDABLE:

It cannot be refunded in the event of no damage/stainage during your rental.

The Colette Dress from Fait Par Foutch, is a new season reclaimed crochet dress knit dress with exception detailing. This pull on style, cinches the waist to provide a flattering fit and drapes over the female silhouette.

Sizing & Fit:

We stock this dress in three sizes.

6/XS, 8/S and 10/M. Fits true to size with stretch so if between sizes, size down.

Condition/RRP:

$750 - Take extra care when wearing this garment.

Colour/beading may vary slightly from photos due being a handmade garment.

Size 6/XS is more of a cream colour than ivory, due to the designer hand making these.

Please collect any beads that may fall off during your rental so we can stitch them back on. Any excessive loss of beading will result in the full replacement cost being charged.

Please refrain from using any type of fashion/fabric/boob tape on our garments as it causes damage. Instead we strongly recommend CLUTCH GLUE as a garment adhesive. You can purchase this from us here or from Chemist Warehouse.
