Shipping policy

We use New Zealand Posts, overnight courier service to send all orders. We currently require all postal orders to be placed by Tuesday 7pm if they are for the upcoming Friday, Saturday or Sunday. If you place an order after this it is considered a late order and you must select the Saturday delivery option. If your event is for Friday and you place the order late we cannot guarantee it will be sent on time or arrive on time. 

NZ Post does not give a guarantee that the item will arrive overnight, this is only a guideline and it may arrive later than expected. Your tracking link is automatically sent to you from NZ Post via email once your order has been shipped, we highly recommend keeping an eye on tracking to be able to foresee if there are expected delays in the shipping time. 

Rural delivery - if your address is rural, please make sure you select the rural delivery option. This gives us notice that we need to ship your item off as soon as we can. If this option is not selected at shipping, and it does not arrive on time, we are not held accountable. Rural delivery usually takes between 1 - 3 working days, even if it is shipped overnight which it is.

Saturday delivery - if an order is placed after 7pm Tuesday for the upcoming weekend, please make sure you select Saturday delivery. Without this extra upgrade it will very likely not get delivered on time. This is at your own risk, we do not issue out refunds if the item does not arrive on time due to the order being placed late.

Overnight return shipping to non-rural addresses is $10.

Overnight return shipping to rural addresses is $20.

Overnight return shipping with Saturday delivery to non-rural addresses is $20.
