Studio Try Ons
PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING REGARDING JUNE + JULY TRY ONS:
Ball season is in full swing over the months of May, June, July and August which means a huge amount of dresses are booked back to back each week. This means we CANNOT guarantee any specific dresses will be available to try. NO REFUND WILL BE OFFERED IF THE DRESS YOU WISH TO TRY IS NOT AVAILABLE. Due to the large number of rental bookings, try ons are very limited.
INFO REGARDING WHEN TRY ONS APPOINTMENTS ARE RELEASED:
Try on appointments are uploaded every Monday for appointments between 1-3 weeks in the future, depending on my availability.
I may not upload appointments every Monday as it is dependent on my individual availability and work load.
Cleaning dresses and order fulfilment is my priority as a small business as such I have limited time to run try ons, which means appointments fill very quickly and rescheduling is often not possible.
APPOINTMENT POLICY
By booking a studio try on appointment you are agreeing to the following information:
The cost of a 40 minute try on appointment is $20 for 1 person trying on and $30 for 2 people, please select the correct number of people trying on when prompted as this will change the pricing. Need more time? Please book two back-to-back slots—do not just change the quantity. The try on cost is NOT REDEEMABLE on a rental, it is a SEPERATE CHARGE.
Each try on appointment is strictly limited to 2 people trying on, we will not accommodate more people in 1 appointment. If you bring additional people to your appointment who wish to try on you will be kindly asked to leave, this is a strict policy we enforce due to increased damage during past years from larger groups.
The 40 minute appointment begins at the start time you have booked your appointment for, if you are running late your appointment time will be cut short.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
We require 48 hours notice for cancellations, if 48 hours + notice is given you will be refunded the cost of your try on minus a $5 administration fee. If less than 48 hours notice is provided no REFUND will be offered.
