PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING YOUR STUDIO TRY ON

APPOINTMENT OPTIONS

We now offer a range of appointment lengths so you can choose the option that best suits you:

30 Minutes — 1 person only — $15
45 Minutes — 1 person only — $20
60 Minutes — up to 2 people — $30
90 Minutes — up to 2 people — $45

30 and 45 minute appointments are strictly for one person trying on. If two people would like to try on during the same appointment, you must select either a 60 or 90 minute appointment.

Please note: Our studio does not have a separate changing room. The studio itself is completely private during your appointment, however, changing takes place behind a privacy screen/room divider within the studio. If you are booking an appointment with a friend or another person, please keep this in mind and ensure you are both comfortable with this setup before booking.

All appointment fees are charged based on the length of the appointment and remain the same whether one or two people are trying on during a 60 or 90 minute appointment.

Try-on appointment fees are a separate charge and are NOT redeemable towards a rental.

DRESS AVAILABILITY + BALL SEASON

Please keep in mind that we are first and foremost a rental business, which means rental bookings always take priority over try-ons.

During ball season, particularly throughout May, June, July and August, a large portion of our collection is booked back-to-back each week. Because of this, we CANNOT guarantee that any particular dress, size or style will be available to try during your appointment.

Try-on availability can be extremely limited during these months and no refund will be offered if a particular dress you were hoping to try is unavailable.

If you are booking an appointment specifically to try one particular dress, please keep this in mind before booking. 

IMPORTANT — CHECKING DRESS AVAILABILITY BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT

Please do not use the availability calendar on our website to determine whether a dress will be available to try on the day of your appointment. Contact us directly instead.

Our online rental calendar has booking cut-off periods, meaning dates may show as unavailable simply because it is too late to place a new rental booking for that date — this does not necessarily mean the dress is physically unavailable or will not be in the studio.

This is particularly important if you are checking availability the day before or on the day of your appointment, as bookings for that date will generally already be closed, so everything will be showing as unavailable.

Please do not cancel your appointment based solely on the availability shown on our website, please contact us to confirm availability instead. Our standard cancellation policy will still apply.

As always, we cannot guarantee that any particular dress will be available to try, as rental bookings take priority.

WHEN ARE TRY-ON APPOINTMENTS RELEASED?

New studio try-on appointments are generally uploaded on Mondays for appointments approximately 1–3 weeks in advance, depending on availability.

Please note that appointments may not be released every Monday. As a small business, cleaning garments and fulfilling rental orders is our priority, so the number of studio appointments we can offer each week depends on our workload.

Appointments can fill very quickly, particularly during ball season, and additional appointments or rescheduling may not always be possible.

APPOINTMENT POLICY

By booking a studio try-on appointment, you agree to the following:

Your appointment begins at the start time you have booked, not from the time you arrive. If you are late, your appointment will still finish at the original scheduled end time and your appointment may therefore be shortened.

Please note: If 2 people wish to try on, a 60 or 90 minute appointment must be booked. We do not allow group try-on appointments. If this policy is not followed, you will be asked to leave and may not be permitted to book future studio try-ons with us.

If 4 people wish to attend together, you will need to book 2 x 60 or 90 minute appointments back-to-back and contact us in advance for approval.

If additional people arrive intending to try on without prior approval, unfortunately we will not be able to accommodate them. This is a strict policy due to increased garment damage we have experienced with larger groups in previous years.

Please ensure you book an appointment length that gives you enough time for the number of garments you are hoping to try. Appointments cannot be extended on the day where another booking follows yours.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We require a minimum of 48 hours' notice for appointment cancellations.

If at least 48 hours' notice is provided, your appointment fee will be refunded minus a $5 administration fee.

If less than 48 hours' notice is provided, no refund will be offered.

By completing your booking, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to the above studio try-on policies.
