COVID-19 Cancellations

If you are cancelling your order because your event has been cancelled or postponed due to COVID-19, please get into contact with us asap at info@beforemidnightrentals.co.nz and we can either rebook your rental for the new date of your event or issue you a store credit up to the value you paid which will have a 12 month expiration date. You will not be eligible for a store credit if your order has already been sent out or picked up from our premises. No refunds are given for COVID-19 cancellations. In the unforeseen circumstances that COVID-19 could prevent you from using your store credit at any time during the 12 month period, an extension may be granted, however this is at the discretion of Before Midnight Rentals.

Refunds

Upon receiving your garment if you believe your garment does not match the quality level the garment was described as you must email us at info@beforemidnightrentals.co.nz within the first 24 hours of receiving your garment with photo evidence of the quality, damage etc. If you have not contacted us within 24 hours of receiving your garment, you will not be eligible for a refund or store credit.

No refunds or store credits will be issued if the garment has arrived and does not fit properly, or if you do not like how it fits, this is the risk you take when not trying the garments on before hand. If your order doesn’t arrive on time

If the garment does not arrive for the date of your event, and your order was placed 3 FULL working days prior to your event date, you will be issued a store credit not including the cost of shipping, permitted that tracking shows the order hasn’t arrived.

If your order was placed after the cut off on Tuesday at 7:00pm and is for the coming weekend, and does not arrive in time for your event no cash refunds will be issued however if the garment is returned unworn and tracking indicates the order did not arrive on time you will be issued a store credit to the value you paid minus shipping costs.

Rural orders are always classified under the NZ post system and incur extra fees for courier overnight delivery. If you need your rental to be shipped to a rural address, you must make sure to select rural delivery at checkout, this ensure that the extra fees are paid for and that we are aware your order needs to be shipped out with haste. If you do not select the rural delivery option at checkout you will not be reimbursed if your rental does not turn up on time.

All orders are shipped using NZ Posts commercial courier overnight service. Whilst NZ post do not give us a 100% guarantee that items will be shipped overnight, majority of our orders have been. We do not guarantee overnight shipping, but majority of our orders arrive 1 business day after being shipped.

Shipping

All rental orders must be returned the following business day after your event, i.e. if your event is Wednesday you must ship the item back on Thursday and if your event is Friday you must ship the item back on Monday. All shipped orders include a return postage bag that is preaddressed and prepaid for, please return your garment in that bag and drop off at your nearest official NZ post shop before 12pm the business day following your event. Please do not post your rental back at a third party shop, i.e. a dairy, gas station, book store. It must be an NZ post shop and you can find a list of them on the NZ post website. Please do not post your item back using a drop box or street post box, it must be handed over the counter so that it is scanned and tracking is activated. If this is not done correctly, your rental may be returned late or lost in the post, at a minimum you will incur late fees.

Buy Now Products

No refunds/store credits are given to buy now products, unless the item is faulty or was not correctly described before purchasing.
