Return Date: The day you will return your rental to an NZ post shop. Saturday and Sunday ARE NOT return days. Please select a longer rental duration to ensure your return date falls on a business weekday Monday-Friday.

Drop off date: Select the earliest day after your event that you will drop the dress off.

This option is only for customers shipping their rental to Australia.

Processing and shipping time are automatically added before your selected delivery date. We recommend choosing a longer rental duration during peak seasons or for rural deliveries to allow for possible delays. Accidental Damage Cover

Damage insurance is available for all rental garments.


Damage insurance covers up to $100 worth of professional specialist cleaning OR up to $100 worth of seamstress repairs. Or up to $100 of a combination of both depending on the damage done. IT DOES NOT COVER MAJOR PERMANENT ALTERATION or purposeful damage i.e. altering a garment which is against our terms and conditions in the rental agreement.


Damage insurance DOES NOT COVER:


Major alterations (The garment will need to be replaced)

The replacement cost of the rental garment

Loss of income for future rentals

Late return fees

Loss of item due to carelessness, theft or other

If a rental garment is deemed irreparable or lost the full replacement cost is required to be paid in full. The $100 worth of cleaning/repairs CAN NOT be used as $100 off the full replacement cost.


Damage insurance IS NOT REFUNDABLE:


It cannot be refunded through cancellation of your rental

It cannot be refunded in the event of no damage/stainage during your rental

Expected rental condition - Can be subject to pulls/small fraying down bottom of zip due to fabric type, very minimal.

Please refrain from using any type of fashion/fabric/boob tape on our garments as it causes damage. Instead we strongly recommend CLUTCH GLUE as a garment adhesive. You can purchase this from us here or from Chemist Warehouse.
