Processing time and shipping time is automatically added before the delivery date you select. We strongly recommend booking a longer rental duration during ball/races season or if you live rurally to account for additional unexpected delays.

We will organise a pick up time with you after we receive your booking. We run pick ups from 7:30am - 9:00pm.

Damage insurance is available for all rental garments and covers accidental damage that may occur whilst you are wearing our garment. Damage insurance covers up to $100 worth of professional specialist cleaning OR up to $100 worth of seamstress repairs. Or up to $100 of a combination of both depending on the damage done. Damage insurance DOES NOT COVER: The replacement cost of the rental garment Loss of income for future rentals Late return fees Loss of item due to carelessness, theft or other If a rental garment is deemed irreparable or lost the full replacement cost is required to be paid in full. The $100 worth of cleaning/repairs CAN NOT be used as $100 off the full replacement cost.
