Processing and shipping time are automatically added before your selected delivery date. We recommend choosing a longer rental duration during peak seasons or for rural deliveries to allow for possible delays. Accidental Damage Cover

Damage insurance is available for all rental garments.


Damage insurance covers up to $100 worth of professional specialist cleaning OR up to $100 worth of seamstress repairs. Or up to $100 of a combination of both depending on the damage done. IT DOES NOT COVER MAJOR PERMANENT ALTERATION or purposeful damage i.e. altering a garment which is against our terms and conditions in the rental agreement.


Damage insurance DOES NOT COVER:


Major alterations (The garment will need to be replaced)

The replacement cost of the rental garment

Loss of income for future rentals

Late return fees

Loss of item due to carelessness, theft or other

If a rental garment is deemed irreparable or lost the full replacement cost is required to be paid in full. The $100 worth of cleaning/repairs CAN NOT be used as $100 off the full replacement cost.


Damage insurance IS NOT REFUNDABLE:


It cannot be refunded through cancellation of your rental

It cannot be refunded in the event of no damage/stainage during your rental

The Charmed Cowl Slip Dress features a deep cowl neckline and plunging back, with crossed back straps and a gold knot buckle for a refined touch. The maxi length and panelled skirt add dramatic flair, while the luxe satin fabric with a subtle sheen enhances its elegant appeal. Can be worn two ways, the first way shown in photo 1,5,6,7 with the crossover back, and the second way as a halter neck with the clip on back straps tucked into the skirt of the dress as shown in photo 2,3,4,8,9.

Sizing:

We stock this dress in size 6/XS best fit is a 6-8 and size 12/L best fit is a 12-14. For a looser fit you can fit a size up and for a tighter fit size down. 

Condition/RRP:

    $615 NZD - Take extra care when wearing this garment.

    No significant flaws - expected rental condition. 

    Gains small pulls over time - standard for this fabric type and only noticeable upon close inspection. The red colour is unfortunately prone to small water marks, it is a heavy delicate silk that has a complex washing process, these are usually insignificant and blend somewhat into the dress. 

     

    Please refrain from using any type of fashion/fabric/boob tape on our garments as it causes damage. Instead we strongly recommend CLUTCH GLUE as a garment adhesive. You can purchase this from us here or from Chemist Warehouse.
