Delivery Date: Select the date you need your dress to be delivered by typically your event date, the day before your event date or the date you are travelling to your event. For Sunday events please select Friday or Saturday. If your delivery date falls on a public holiday please select a longer rental duration and a delivery date before the public holiday.

Return Date: Select a BUSINESS WEEKDAY DO NOT SELECT SATURDAY OR SUNDAY.

If your return date falls on a public holiday please choose a longer rental duration and a return date that is not a public holida.

Pickup Date: Select the day you would like to pick your dress up from our Hamilton location (1092b Tauwhare Road RD7 Hamilton 3287)

Drop off date: Select the earliest day after your event that you will drop the dress off.

Processing time and shipping time is automatically added before the delivery date you select. We strongly recommend booking a longer rental duration during ball/races season or if you live rurally to account for additional unexpected delays.

If you would like to receive your dress earlier than normal, or are going on holiday select one of our longer rental durations that suit you.

We will organise a pick up time with you after we receive your booking. We run pick ups from 7:30am - 9:00pm.

Accidental Damage Cover

Damage insurance is available for all rental garments and covers accidental damage that may occur whilst you are wearing our garment.

Damage insurance covers up to $100 worth of professional specialist cleaning OR up to $100 worth of seamstress repairs. Or up to $100 of a combination of both depending on the damage done.

Damage insurance DOES NOT COVER:

The replacement cost of the rental garment
Loss of income for future rentals
Late return fees
Loss of item due to carelessness, theft or other
If a rental garment is deemed irreparable or lost the full replacement cost is required to be paid in full. The $100 worth of cleaning/repairs CAN NOT be used as $100 off the full replacement cost.

Damage insurance IS NOT REFUNDABLE:

It cannot be refunded through cancellation of your rental
It cannot be refunded in the event of no damage/stainage during your rental

This dress comes in a size small (8) but runs large, we recommend the best fit to be between an 8-10, meaning this dress is perfect if your are in between these sizes but will also fit a standard 8 and a standard 10, with the 8 being a looser fit and the 10 being a tighter fit.
