Delivery Date: Please select the date you need your dress delivered to you by. We recommend selecting a delivery date before your event day, unless it is an evening event.
Return Date: The day you will return it to an NZ post shop, this must be a BUSINESS weekday only usually MONDAY — do not select Saturday or Sunday, as postal returns do not operate on these days. A longer rental duration must be selected to accommodate the correct return date.
Pickup Date: Select the day you would like to pick your dress up from our Hamilton location (1092b Tauwhare Road RD7 Hamilton 3287)
Drop off date: Select the earliest day after your event that you will drop the dress off.
EXAMPLE: Select a delivery date 1-2 days prior to your event date.
Processing time and shipping time is automatically added before the delivery date you select. We strongly recommend booking a longer rental duration during ball/races season or if you live rurally to account for additional unexpected delays.
If you would like to receive your dress earlier than normal, or are going on holiday select one of our longer rental durations that suit you.
We will organise a pick up time with you after we receive your booking. We run pick ups from 7:30am - 9:00pm. Please contact us before your event date if you need to collect before 10am.
EXAMPLE: Local deliveries are made to your address between 10am and 12pm on your selected delivery date.
