Accidental Damage Protection

Accidental damage protection is available for all rental garments.


Accidental damage protection covers up to $100 worth of professional specialist cleaning OR up to $100 worth of seamstress repairs. Or up to $100 of a combination of both depending on the damage done. IT DOES NOT COVER MAJOR PERMANENT ALTERATION or purposeful damage i.e. altering a garment which is against our terms and conditions in the rental agreement.


Even taking out damage protection, it is still expected that you treat our items with responsibility and care.


Damage protection DOES NOT COVER:


Major alterations (The garment will need to be replaced)

Damage deemed not accidental - such as alterations made by the renter which is prohibited

Dragging a dress through mud or dirt causing extensive irreparable staining, where it would be reasonably expected the item be picked up to avoid foreseeable damage.

Damaged caused by wearing heavily embellished clutches or jewellery catching on the garment, as this damage is foreseeable and is never advised with hire pieces.

The replacement cost of the rental garment.

Loss of income for future rentals.

Late return fees.

Loss of item due to carelessness, theft or other.


If a rental garment is deemed irreparable or lost the full replacement cost is required to be paid in full. The $100 worth of cleaning/repairs CANNOT be used as $100 off the full replacement cost.


Damage insurance IS NOT REFUNDABLE:


It cannot be refunded in the event of no damage/stainage during your rental.

COST:

$200 for a full day hire including drop off and pick up around Hamilton/Surrounding Waikato (please contact us if you are unsure if you qualify for drop off/pick up).

Dimensions: 

The 2 measures at 150cm (1.5M) tall, 98.8cm in width and 5cm thickness with a wood backing.

The 1 measures at 150cm (1.5M) tall, 60cm in width and 5cm thickness with a wood backing.

Delivery:

Due to the nature of this item and how large it is, no customer pick ups or drop offs are allowed. The price includes free drop off and pick up to your event location by us to locations within Hamilton and surrounding Waikato locations please check if you are unsure if your location is included.

Hire of this 21st sign is for 1 day. We will drop off the day before/of your event and pick up that same night or the following day provided they are kept in a safe place overnight, inside and away from animals. 

At checkout please select the pick up option to avoid paying shipping and your living address as your billing address and in order notes please put the address or venue that you'd like us to drop off and pick up from and we will be in touch to confirm times etc once the booking is paid for and confirmed.
