Processing and shipping time are automatically added before your selected delivery date. We recommend choosing a longer rental duration during peak seasons or for rural deliveries to allow for possible delays. Accidental Damage Protection

Accidental damage protection is available for all rental garments.


Accidental damage protection covers up to $100 worth of professional specialist cleaning OR up to $100 worth of seamstress repairs. Or up to $100 of a combination of both depending on the damage done. IT DOES NOT COVER MAJOR PERMANENT ALTERATION or purposeful damage i.e. altering a garment which is against our terms and conditions in the rental agreement.


Even taking out damage protection, it is still expected that you treat our items with responsibility and care.


Damage protection DOES NOT COVER:


Major alterations (The garment will need to be replaced)

Damage deemed not accidental - such as alterations made by the renter which is prohibited

Dragging a dress through mud or dirt causing extensive irreparable staining, where it would be reasonably expected the item be picked up to avoid foreseeable damage.

Damaged caused by wearing heavily embellished clutches or jewellery catching on the garment, as this damage is foreseeable and is never advised with hire pieces.

The replacement cost of the rental garment.

Loss of income for future rentals.

Late return fees.

Loss of item due to carelessness, theft or other.


If a rental garment is deemed irreparable or lost the full replacement cost is required to be paid in full. The $100 worth of cleaning/repairs CANNOT be used as $100 off the full replacement cost.


Damage insurance IS NOT REFUNDABLE:


It cannot be refunded in the event of no damage/stainage during your rental.

We stock this dress in size 10/M best fit is an 8 and 12/L best fit is a 10. We recommend sizing up in our dresses from Fenity. 

Condition/RRP:

    $725 NZD - Take extra care when wearing this garment.

    Expected rental condition - some pulling around the eyelets as expected due to the tight fitting nature of this dress. Please size up to help us maintain the condition, as if it is too small causing the corset to be pulled very tight it can create unnecessary strain on the fabric around the eyelets. 

    Please refrain from using any type of fashion/fabric/boob tape on our garments as it causes damage. Instead we strongly recommend CLUTCH GLUE as a garment adhesive. You can purchase this from us here or from Chemist Warehouse.
