Processing time and shipping time is automatically added before the delivery date you select. We strongly recommend booking a longer rental duration during ball/races season or if you live rurally to account for additional unexpected delays.

If you would like to receive your dress earlier than normal, or are going on holiday select one of our longer rental durations that suit you.

We will organise a pick up time with you after we receive your booking. We run pick ups from 7:30am - 9:00pm.

Accidental Damage Cover

Damage insurance is available for all rental garments and covers accidental damage that may occur whilst you are wearing our garment.

Damage insurance covers up to $100 worth of professional specialist cleaning OR up to $100 worth of seamstress repairs. Or up to $100 of a combination of both depending on the damage done.

Damage insurance DOES NOT COVER:

The replacement cost of the rental garment
Loss of income for future rentals
Late return fees
Loss of item due to carelessness, theft or other
If a rental garment is deemed irreparable or lost the full replacement cost is required to be paid in full. The $100 worth of cleaning/repairs CAN NOT be used as $100 off the full replacement cost.

Damage insurance IS NOT REFUNDABLE:

It cannot be refunded through cancellation of your rental
It cannot be refunded in the event of no damage/stainage during your rental

We stock this dress in size 8/S and 10/M. Slightly smaller fitting. 

Condition/RRP:

    $925 NZD - Take extra care when wearing this garment, the zip needs to be zipped by someone else if you attempt to do it yourself it will break. It is recommended to have someone pull the dress shut and have another person zip it up. Getting the button at the top done up first makes it easier to zip.

    No significant flaws - expected rental condition.
