Drop off date: Select the earliest day after your event that you will drop the dress off.

This option is only for customers shipping their rental to Australia.

Processing and shipping time are automatically added before your selected delivery date. We recommend choosing a longer rental duration during peak seasons or for rural deliveries to allow for possible delays. If you need your dress earlier or are travelling, please select a longer rental duration.

We will organise a pick up time with you after we receive your booking. We run pick ups from 7:30am - 9:00pm. Please contact us before your event date if you need to collect before 10am.

Accidental Damage Protection

Accidental damage protection is available for all rental garments.


Accidental damage protection covers up to $100 worth of professional specialist cleaning OR up to $100 worth of seamstress repairs. Or up to $100 of a combination of both depending on the damage done. IT DOES NOT COVER MAJOR PERMANENT ALTERATION or purposeful damage i.e. altering a garment which is against our terms and conditions in the rental agreement.


Even taking out damage protection, it is still expected that you treat our items with responsibility and care.


Damage protection DOES NOT COVER:


Major alterations (The garment will need to be replaced)

Damage deemed not accidental - such as alterations made by the renter which is prohibited

Dragging a dress through mud or dirt causing extensive irreparable staining, where it would be reasonably expected the item be picked up to avoid foreseeable damage.

Damaged caused by wearing heavily embellished clutches or jewellery catching on the garment, as this damage is foreseeable and is never advised with hire pieces.

The replacement cost of the rental garment.

Loss of income for future rentals.

Late return fees.

Loss of item due to carelessness, theft or other.


If a rental garment is deemed irreparable or lost the full replacement cost is required to be paid in full. The $100 worth of cleaning/repairs CANNOT be used as $100 off the full replacement cost.


Damage insurance IS NOT REFUNDABLE:


It cannot be refunded in the event of no damage/stainage during your rental.

This elegant gown features both a plunged neckline and low back accentuated with silk trim detailing. The soft jersey fabric drapes to hug the body and trains behind you in length. 

PLEASE NOTE: This is a light coloured dress that will permanently stain easily. Do not wear it outside in dirt/mud/gravel. Be very careful with coloured alcohol. Any permanent markings caused during your rental will be charged accordingly - i.e. Full replacement fees.

Sizing:

We stock this dress in a size 6/XS and 8/S fits true to size, has stretch so could fit someone in between a 6 and 8 for the size 6 and a 8 and 10 for the size 8.

Please refrain from using any type of fashion/fabric/boob tape on our garments as it causes damage. Instead we strongly recommend CLUTCH GLUE as a garment adhesive. You can purchase this from us here or from Chemist Warehouse.
